On flights operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft, the checked baggage allowance is 1 piece not exceeding 15 kg, and the cabin baggage allowance is 1 piece not exceeding 5 kg.
On flights from the cities of Uzbekistan to Medina (MED) and from Medina (MED) to the cities of Uzbekistan, the checked baggage allowance is up to 20 kg.
On flights departing from Medina, 1 piece of Zamzam water up to 5 kg is allowed as free baggage on the following routes:
Medina (MED) — Tashkent (TAS),
Medina (MED) — Namangan (NMA),

Transportation of Zamzam water is carried out as a separately checked item and must be transported separately from other baggage in accordance with established regulations. The airline shall not be held liable for any possible delay, damage, or loss of baggage in the event that Zamzam water or other prohibited items are identified in checked baggage by the competent airport authorities in Medina or Jeddah.
