- Discounts for children and infants: For all the above-mentioned fares, a 25% discount ("CHD") applies for children aged 2 to 12 years old, and a 90% discount ("INF") applies for infants aged 0 to 2 years old.
- For infants aged 0 to 2 years old: 1 piece of luggage up to 10 kg is allowed for infants.
- Fees and charges: Applied based on the fees and charges published in the booking system.
- «Before departure» - More than 1 hour before original flight departure.
- "VOID": Cancel a sale is allowed only within 3 hours of ticket issuance. A ticket sale cannot be canceled with a "Void" status if it was issued less than 3 hours before departure.
- «After departure» (NO-SHOW) – Less than 1 hour before original flight departure and after departure, NO-SHOW is considered any changes less than 1 hour before original flight departure and after departure. If tkt exchange/reissuance/rebooking/re validation made less than 1 hour before the flight departure or after departure is considered as no-show. If pax has checked-in for a flight specified in the tkt but has not shown up for boarding within the established time period - it is considered as no-show.
- Penalties for refund and rebooking are applied according to the fare rules.
- If a ticket is changed from one class or brand to a higher-level class/brand via the "upgrade" procedure (with additional payment), the refund of the ticket/changes (rebooking/revalidation) must be made as follows:
- changes (rebooking/revalidation) - according to the rules for the newly booked class of service.
- Cancellation (refund): After the fully refund of the difference between fares paid for the "upgrade" procedure, the amount for the original service class is refunded to the passenger with a penalty based on the applicable rules for that service class, if the ticket was issued through a combination of two or more classes:
- Rebooking/revalidation operations are carried out based on the rules for the relevant booking classes/brands for the segments.
- Cancellation of a fully unused ticket (refund): Made based on the rules applied to the lower class/brand on the ticket. The refund rules for a partially used ticket or changes to the departure date apply only to the unused/current segments.
- Cancellation of unused additional services (refund EMD): Made without any penalties.
- Change of service class/brand: Not allowed (within the same service class, to the lowest class).
- Changes (rebooking/revalidation): Made automated by charging the fare difference based on the class/brand existing in the booking system and the corresponding fare application rules.
- Route changes (rerouting): Is carried out taking into account the fare and tax differences for the new route/direction, as well as with a penalty for changes (rebooking/revalidation) in accordance with the relevant brand. The same brand as the original ticket must be applied.

- Refund of the cost of the ticket (refund): after a full refund of the difference between the brands paid for the “upgrade” procedure, the amount for the original class of service is returned to the passenger with a penalty based on the relevant rules applicable to this class of service, if the ticket is issued by combining two or more classes/brands: rebooking/revalidation operations are carried out based on the rules applicable to the corresponding booking classes/brands by segments.
- Refund of the cost of a completely unused ticket (refund): is carried out based on the rules applicable to the lower class/brand on the ticket, the rules for the refund of a partially used ticket or change of departure date apply only to unused/actual sections.
- Refund of the cost of unused additional services (refund EMD) is made without any penalties.
- Changing the level of class of service/brand is not allowed (within the same class of service, to the lowest class).
- Changing the date of the ticket (rebooking/revalidation) is carried out by charging the difference between the fares based on the class/brand existing in the automatic booking system, and the corresponding rules for the application of the fare.
